BOOK KEEPER / ACCOUNTANT NEEDED - accounting / finance - job employment

We are seeking a highly experienced Bookkeeper / Accountant to join our growing company. This position requires someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing the company’s financial records with accuracy and professionalism.

$30 – $35 per hour (based on experience)

Will be handling -

Managing and maintaining company bookkeeping

• Balancing accounts and reconciling bank and credit card statements

• Tracking and organizing all money coming in and going out of the company

• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Ensuring company bills, vendors, and payments are handled on time

• Maintaining organized financial records and documentation

• Preparing financial summaries and reports when needed

• Keeping financial systems accurate and up to date

Requirements:

• Strong bookkeeping / accounting experience (required)

• Fluent in QuickBooks (required)

• Strong Excel skills (required)

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented

• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently

• Able to handle financial organization for a busy company
