Found Nick on on Thanksgiving morning when my water heater blew.

10 people arriving in 8 hours and no hot water and a busted tank squirting water everywhere.

Nick was the second person I called and he was at my house in less than an hour.

He temporarily patched the broken water heater to get me through the evening and was there the next morning to install the replacement.

He's an independent handyman plumber so I paid for the new heater over the phone and Nick picked it up.
